We have in house design facilities and regularly manufacture hoses for highly critical applications, generally assemblies are tailor made to meet the individual requirement there are different kinds standard end fitting that are connected to the hose and braid to specific need.

Karwad Steel & Engineering Co. Corrugated hoses are thin-walled, cylindrical components with a corrugated structure in their lateral area. The type of corrugation differentiates annularly corrugated hoses and coil corrugated hoses. Stripwound hoses are produced in a continuous process by profiling and helical coiling of a cold-rolled metal strip on a mandrel. The process consists of assembling the hose and braid of specific length followed by connected the end fitting by TIG welding.
